15.6 – Irish Chain – Challenge 6 of Project QUILTING season 15 For this challenge, I used raw edge applique  and a pre-made canvas bag. I had the bag from a previous project and it needed to be quiltified!  I was given scraps that a fellow Project Quilter was going to toss out. I free cut my scraps using only the lines on my cutting mat (no ruler).  I auditioned a few different fabrics for my mini Irish chain and placed them on Lite Steam- A-Seam 2.  I wanted to create a Spring feeling with my fabric. I think it came out really cute. Thank you for visiting! Auditioning Fabric and placing on Lite Steam- A-Seam 2

15.5 – Wearables – Challenge 5 For this challenge I was excited to make a Quilter's Coat. The pattern is by Tedi Patterson owner of   ThreadyBearCreations  on Etsy. I was hoping that we would have a clothing challenge. I was ready and waiting!  The pattern starts with a a tractional Indian Kantha Quilt. This was my third coat using this pattern it's so fun, easy and looks cool! I had ordered my fabric in January hoping I would get a chance to make a coat. I'm so happy it worked out! Thanks again for another great challenge! Thank you for visiting!
